Full planning consent granted for the erection of 7no. detached dwellings to 0.9ha garden site in Bramhope village conservation area following 16 months negotiations with the LPA. This was a very tricky site comprising areas of garden, grassland and woodland and a 15m level change, requiring a comprehensive consultant team input consisting of architects, highways, ecology, built heritage, engineering, drainage and tree consultants.
