With over 30 years of experience gained in local planning authorities in West and North Yorkshire and private practice, Bradley is a highly experienced Chartered Town Planner providing a full range of town planning services for clients, primarily, throughout the North of England.

Bradley established his practice in 1993 and has since gained an excellent reputation for his positive and pragmatic approach to finding effective planning solutions and providing client focused, straight-forward advice.

Bradley's experience enables him to provide a comprehensive, yet highly specialised service to a wide range of clients, including national development companies and PLCs. Bradley also advises landowners, other property professionals, community groups and private individuals.

Bradley has extensive experience in an array of projects including: site finding and appraisals; the preparation and submission of planning applications from individual plots through to sites of 25+ hectares; advising on enforcement and lawfulness matters; the promotion of sites through the development plan process; and presenting evidence at over 60 Planning Appeal Hearings, Public Inquiries and Mediation, including virtual Planning Appeal Hearings, held during Covid-19 lockdowns.

As a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, Bradley abides by the Institute’s Code of Professional Conduct. This ensures all clients receive the highest standard of conduct and practice.
