Planning consent secured for the refurbishment of ground floor retail units and the conversion of first floor offices and erection of a roof extension to form 14no. apartments in Harrogate Town Centre Conservation Area, adjoining listed buildings.

BARN CONVERSION, WEST LEEDS

Positive response received to a Pre-Application Enquiry proposing the conversion of a mid 19th century former threshing barn into 2no. dwellings in Green Belt. Now working with clients on the full planning application.

CONDITION DISCHARGE APPLICATIONS

A very busy few months preparing and submitting condition discharge applications for developments in West, North and South Yorkshire, East Riding and Greater Manchester covering details of the usual landscaping, drainage and materials together with more exotic ones including proposals to relocate protected newts and a detailed external and internal photographic record of a conservation area building prior to demolition. The final condition discharge consent was granted yesterday with a 100% success rate.

Planning and listed building consents secured for the change of use and alterations to the fourth floor of this grade II, listed building, in Leeds City Centre Conservation Area, to enable the relocation of a specialist language college.

ROUNDHAY, NORTH LEEDS

Positive Pre-Application response received to clients’ proposals for the erection of a contemporary design detached dwelling to a vacant site in Roundhay Conservation Area, following a previous unsuccessful application and dismissed Appeal.
